Among 446 Traditional Latin Mass attendees surveyed, only 2% viewed the Eucharist as merely symbolic, compared with 69% in a broader Pew survey of Catholics. The data also show significant differences in attitudes toward contraception, abortion, same-sex marriage, Mass attendance, confession, charitable giving, and family size.

The host argues that the statistics challenge the idea that the traditional Latin Mass produces less conscious engagement with the Catholic faith. Instead, the data indicate stronger adherence to traditional Catholic teaching and greater awareness of the Eucharist among traditional Latin Mass attendees.
