In this episode, we reflect on the holy life of Saint Mansuetus (Saint Mansuit), the first Bishop of Toul in Lorraine and Apostle of ancient Belgian Gaul. Although some believed him to be a disciple of Saint Peter the Apostle, historical evidence shows that Saint Mansuetus flourished after the reign of Constantine, passing into eternal life around the year 375.

His sacred legacy was preserved when Saint Gerard, Bishop of Toul in 971, solemnly translated his relics, rebuilt his church, and established a rich monastery under his patronage. Today, we honor Saint Mansuetus as a shepherd of souls, a missionary bishop, and a man of faith who spread the light of the Gospel throughout his region.
