Saint Faustina wrote that Jesus told her he holds a door open for every soul until the very last breath. In this video, we look at what she recorded about the door of mercy and the door of justice, and why her message is one of hope for the people we worry about most.
We also look at what Scripture and the Catechism say about this life being the time to accept God’s grace, why every Hail Mary asks for help at the hour of our death, and the story of the repentant thief on the cross. Then we go to Vilnius in 1935, where Faustina said she was taught the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, and to the hour of mercy she said Jesus asked her to honor at three in the afternoon.
If someone you love has drifted from God, try this tomorrow. Stop at three, say their name to God, and ask for mercy.
