On October 19th, in St. Peter’s Square, Pope Leo XIV presided over the canonization of seven new saints during one of the most solemn celebrations of the Jubilee Year 2025.
Among those elevated to sainthood were Ignatius Maloyan, Peter To Rot, Vincenza Maria Poloni, María Carmen Rendiles Martínez, Maria Troncatti, José Gregorio Hernández Cisneros, and Bartolo Longo — figures from every corner of the world who embody the universal holiness of the Church.
