In a world increasingly divided by politics, ideology, ethnicity, and culture, St. Paul reminds Christians that our true identity is found in Jesus Christ alone.

Drawing from today's Epistle to the Corinthians, this powerful homily reflects on the painful divisions experienced during recent years and calls the faithful to reject the devil's attempts to divide the Church. No political party, nationality, or earthly identity should ever come before our identity as members of the Body of Christ.

The Cross may appear as foolishness to the world, but to those who are being saved it is the power and wisdom of God. This sermon is a timely reminder that Christian unity begins at the foot of the Cross.
