St Bruno of Würzburg was a holy bishop, scholar, and counselor to emperors whose life reflected deep charity, wisdom, and sacrifice. Born the son of Duke Conrad of Carinthia and related to St Boniface, Bruno devoted his inheritance to building churches and strengthening the Catholic faith throughout Germany.
