RECIPE NAME: Krakow-Style Roasted Pork with Apples (Pieczona Wieprzowina z Jabłkami)

Cook time: 1-1.5 hours (depending on the size of the pork loin)

INGREDIENCE:
2 lbs pork loin
2 apples, cored and sliced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Rub pork with salt, pepper, mustard, and rosemary; place in a roasting pan.
Arrange apple slices around pork, drizzle with honey and olive oil.
Roast for 1-1½ hours until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve with apples.
