I’ve learned from experience that you don’t want someone who always tells you ‘yes’- especially if you want your husband or partner to be a leader.

It’s so important for young women to be comfortable with feedback, criticism and outright rejection- because it forces you to reassess and GROW. Women who never hear no and are always told how great they are end up lost, stuck and always blame others because they haven’t really been empowered.

As women we have a role to play if we want men to step up and be the leaders we deserve- and this can all start with listening to what they like, they dislike and gracefully accepting some feedback- because we aren’t actually perfect and we should stop pretending we are.
