A misty place, full of fire, but not the fire of hell. Saint Faustina Kowalska was led there by her guardian angel, years before her famous vision of the damned, and what she saw troubled her in a completely different way. These souls were already safe forever. Heaven was guaranteed to them. And they were still suffering.
