Pope Leo XIV continued his pastoral outreach to communities on the outskirts of Rome with a visit Sunday to Santa Maria della Presentazione. The visit marked the fourth time since mid-February that the Pope has traveled to one of Rome's outer parishes. During his homily, he reflected on the Gospel account of Jesus and the Samaritan woman, emphasizing that its message speaks directly to the struggles faced by many communities today, including material and moral poverty, marginalization, and uncertainty about the future. The Holy Father encouraged the faithful to move forward with trust and urged parishes to welcome, listen to, and support all who come to them, without condemnation or judgment. EWTN Vatican journalist Bénédicte Cedergren reports.
