Is there a universal moral law that applies to everyone?

In The Abolition of Man, C.S. Lewis argues that objective morality isn't simply a matter of personal preference or cultural tradition. Across civilizations, religions, and philosophical traditions, we find common principles about right and wrong.

In this clip from the latest epiosde of Godsplaining, Fr. Patrick and Fr. Bonaventure explore Lewis's concept of the Tao, the natural law, and why Christians can recognize genuine truth in other religions while maintaining the fullness of the Christian faith.

What does this shared moral foundation tell us about human nature, reason, and the existence of objective truth? Listen to the full episode to hear what the friars have to say.
