The Month of March is dedicated to St. Joseph, the foster father of Our Lord Jesus Christ and the terror of demons.

In this Day 7 reflection, we contemplate St. Joseph who gathers together the blessings of the Old Law and transforms them into the abundant blessings of the New Covenant.

As a descendant of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and King David, St. Joseph stands as the Israelite par excellence, yet his life reveals the transformation brought by Christ:
poverty instead of worldly prosperity, humility instead of earthly glory, and hidden sanctity instead of human honor.

Though heir to a royal lineage, Joseph lived as a humble laborer. Yet his heart was truly royal, for his throne was the heart of God.

Through his intimate union with Jesus and Mary, St. Joseph received immense spiritual graces and shows us how to live faithfully under the new law of Christ.

In this meditation we reflect on:

• The transformation of the blessings of the Old Covenant
• The royal humility of St. Joseph
• His prophetic role at the dawn of the New Testament
• The dignity of the Christian soul through grace and the sacraments

May this reflection inspire us to live as members of the royal priesthood of Christ, embracing the hidden blessings of humility, suffering, and fidelity to God.
