Aaryann was born and raised Catholic. But like many Catholics, as she grew older, she began exploring Christianity outside the Catholic Church and eventually found herself drawn into Protestantism. For a time, she genuinely believed that this was where God was leading her.
But then her life took a devastating turn.
Aaryann experienced the unimaginable tragedy of losing her child—an experience that completely changed the direction of her life and forced her to wrestle with some of the deepest questions about God, suffering, faith, and ultimately, where she truly belonged.
And instead of running away from those questions, she began searching for answers. She started reading—deeply and relentlessly—devouring books about Christianity, theology, and the Catholic faith she had once left behind. And the more she investigated Catholicism, the more she began to question some of the things she had come to believe as a Protestant.
Eventually, that search brought her somewhere she never expected to find herself again: back home in the Catholic Church.
So what did Aaryann discover? What was it about Protestantism that eventually left her searching for something more? And how did one of the darkest tragedies of her life become part of a journey that ultimately led her back to the Catholic faith?
Today, we are going to hear that extraordinary story directly from Aaryann herself.
