Pope Leo attended an Orthodox Divine Liturgy celebrated by Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople at the Patriarchal Church of St. Gregory in Istanbul.
The liturgy was celebrated on the Nov. 30, the Feast of St. Andrew the Apostle, considered the founder of the Orthodox Church in Constantinople.
