Live from the Campo Santo Teutonico in Vatican City, this panel discussion continues the reflection opened by the Vatican premiere of Seeking Beauty, EWTN’s new original documentary series.
The conversation explores the central theme of the series: the enduring power of beauty to lead the human heart toward God. Drawing from the Vatican episode of Seeking Beauty, the panel examines how beauty—expressed through faith, art, culture, storytelling, and media—remains a vital force in evangelization and in the formation of the human person.
The panel features David Henrie, actor, filmmaker, and host of Seeking Beauty; Peter Gagnon, President of EWTN Studios; and Edmundo Reyes, Founder of Digital Continent and Executive Producer of the series. Together, they reflect on why beauty continues to evangelize, heal, and elevate the soul, especially in a world often marked by distraction, fragmentation, and a loss of wonder.
Moderated by Andreas Thonhauser, Vice President and Chief Global Officer of EWTN, the discussion brings together perspectives from media, culture, and faith, exploring how the Church, artists, and communicators can collaborate to bring beauty into the public square and respond to the spiritual and cultural challenges of our time.
