Experience the complete Requiem Mass in Gregorian chant: the ancient Catholic Missa pro defunctis sung in Latin as a prayer for eternal rest, remembrance and the souls of the faithful departed.

This solemn collection includes some of the most profound chants of the Catholic funeral liturgy, from Requiem æternam and Dies iræ to Domine Jesu Christe, Lux æterna, Libera me and In paradisum. Preserved by the Church across centuries, these sacred melodies express mourning, mercy and the Christian hope of resurrection and everlasting life.

Listen during All Souls’ Day, prayer for deceased family members, remembrance of loved ones, spiritual meditation or moments of silence and reflection. May this Gregorian Requiem bring consolation to those who mourn and accompany our prayers for the dead:

“Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.”
