Pier Giorgio Frassati (1901–1925) lived only 24 years, yet his life still shines as a witness of faith, charity, and joy. Born into a wealthy family in Turin, he chose a path of service—studying mining engineering to work alongside laborers, giving generously to the poor, and living his Catholic faith with deep devotion. He found God both in Eucharistic adoration and on the mountaintops, where friendship and prayer came alive. Known as “the man of the Beatitudes,” he was beatified by Pope John Paul II in 1990.
