Today I’m sharing my honest experience attending the Byzantine Divine Liturgy for the very first time.

As someone who deeply loves the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM), I never imagined I’d step into the Eastern Catholic tradition but this liturgy left me speechless in ways I didn’t expect.

From the incense and iconostasis to the reverence and chant, I’m reflecting on the beauty, differences, and surprising similarities between East and West.

This isn’t about “switching rites” it’s about seeking Christ in the fullness of tradition and learning how much richness exists within the Catholic Church.
