The community gathered to celebrate the Triduum and the Feast of the Holy Mother of God of Grottaferrata. The event brings local residents to the Abbey for a series of celebrations and to renew a centuries-old vow of deep historical significance, all because of a revered icon of the Virgin Mary, the Icon of the Mother of God. EWTN News Correspondent Brian Schumacher reports.
