Finland's Supreme Court convicted Christian MP Päivi Räsänen of incitement against a minority group in March 2026. Her 2004 pamphlet, where she described homosexuality as a "psychosexual developmental disorder" and an "abnormality", prompted the court to fine her €1,800, overturning two prior acquittals by lower courts.
