Behind the scenes of the Fulton J. Sheen Beatification preparation is Elise Hood, wife of Royce Hood (COO of the Diocese of Peoria), and their eight children. She speaks of the call to holiness families answer daily.

During the Sheen Awards (airing at 8 p.m. ET on EWTN), Royce honored his family and the short life of their son, Fulton, born with Potter's Syndrome, who died in 2021. It was a beautiful tribute, and we hope you'll watch the full Sheen Awards Gala to hear it!
