But the truth is, for years our culture has pushed two extreme narratives: either sex is completely meaningless, casual, and empowering when disconnected from commitment… or it’s something so taboo that we can’t even talk about it in healthy, honest ways within marriage.

On today’s episode, Brittany and I get into why young women today are more confused than ever about relationships, why Gen Z is simultaneously hyper-sexualized and deeply disconnected, and why so many marriages are quietly struggling with intimacy—but no one feels allowed to say it out loud.
