Congress has reopened the federal government after a record 43-day shutdown, but the political fallout continues. Eight Senate Democrats broke ranks to pass the funding bill. Now, some Democrats blame Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer for not doing enough to hold his caucus together. Meanwhile, demonstrators with "Our Revolution" went to Senator Schumer's office to deliver boxes with over 10,000 digital signatures, demanding he resign as Democratic leader for his handling of the shutdown.
