The House has passed a Republican-backed health care bill that expands certain health plans, lowers premiums for some Obamacare enrollees, and enacts reforms aimed at decreasing drug costs. However, the bill does not extend tax credits set to expire. Democrats criticized the legislation, saying it does not do enough for the millions who could see their premiums triple.
