It’s been nearly 48 hours since a gunman opened fire on the annual White House Correspondent’s Dinner with the express intention to kill President Donald Trump and anyone associated with him, and we’re all still rattled… namely because the same media personalities that amplified the violent rhetoric in our country are now running interference for the third assassination attempt against the President.

It’s started an important national conversation–who is raising the temperature in America? How did this start? Is it just the media, or are others contributing to the rhetoric? And most importantly, what can we do about it?

While we have infinite unanswered questions about last weekend, one thing is clear: the American Left has a political violence problem… and it’s got to stop. From Hasan Piker and Destiny’s calls for murder & assassination of conservatives on their livestreams & politicians encouraging the public to accost Trump Cabinet officials to public school teachers mocking Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the growing faction of those advocating violence on the Left is no longer the fringe lunatics. It’s the mainstream.
