The Department of Homeland Security has identified the suspect in the Michigan synagogue ramming attack as 41-year-old Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, a Lebanese-born U.S. citizen who was the sole fatality in the incident. According to an official, Ghazali recently lost four family members in an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon last week. The FBI has classified the attack as a targeted act of antisemitic violence.
