St. Bernardine Realino (1530–1616) was a remarkable Jesuit priest whose life of charity, preaching, and pastoral care transformed countless souls throughout Italy. After leaving a successful legal career, he entered the Society of Jesus and devoted over fifty years to serving the poor, prisoners, the sick, and students with heroic holiness.

Following his death, extraordinary miracles were reported, including the preservation and liquefaction of his blood, as well as the incorruption of portions of his body. These carefully documented events became some of the most thoroughly investigated miracle claims in Church history.
