Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, and this past year has certainly been no exception for our family. In this video, I want to open up about the struggles we’ve faced and how, even in our lowest moments, we’ve found hope and strength through faith. When I first became a convert, I had to learn the true meaning of suffering and sacrifice—how they aren’t just burdens to bear but tools that bring us closer to the Lord. During our darkest days, one powerful tool that helped us endure was the brown scapular. It became a source of protection, especially for my husband during a difficult family court battle, and it deepened our connection to Mary. Through this, we’ve discovered a path forward in our marriage that we never could have imagined.
