Pope Leo XIV has renewed the statutes of the Vatican’s anti-abuse commission. Soon afterward, the commission held its first structured dialogue with an organization, Ending Clergy Abuse, that advocates for victims of clergy abuse. Until recently, the group had been very critical of the Vatican, considering its measures insufficient. However, in October, they met with Pope Leo, which members say shows he is interested in dialogue and in seeing what can be done in his new role. EWTN Vatican journalist Zofia Czubak has more.
