Pope Leo XIV continues his apostolic journey in Africa, arriving in Angola over the weekend. He has met with local authorities, representatives of civil society, and the diplomatic corps. The next day, he celebrated Mass in Kilamba with more than 200,000 faithful in attendance. Later, he travelled to the Shrine of Muxima (Mama Muxima, or Mother of the Heart), where he prayed the Rosary with the faithful. On another day, he visited Saurimo, where he went to a care home for the elderly and was welcomed with singing. He then celebrated Mass there, attended by around 300,000 Catholics. EWTN Vatican journalist Zofia Czubak has more.
