A year ago, two Catholic families were in children's hospitals at the same time. Our son came home with his cancer diagnosis reversed. Paul’s son went home to God. Catholic speaker Paul J. Kim joins me to share what's happened since his 5-year-old son Micah passed away last December: a family pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi, a private Mass with Cardinal Burke, meeting Pope Leo XIV, embracing Antonia Acutis (mother of St. Carlo Acutis) on Carlo's first feast day as a saint, and a meeting at the Vatican's Dicastery for the Causes of Saints. Paul also shares the flood of testimonies that have come in from people who asked Micah to pray for them, including 153 couples struggling with infertility who are now expecting.
Recorded on the Feast of St. John Paul II.
"Blessed are they who mourn, for they shall be comforted." (Matthew 5:4)

🙏 PRAYER FOR PRIVATE DEVOTION — MICAH KIM
This prayer is for private devotion only. It is not a declaration of sainthood or beatification, and it may not be used in the liturgy. Paul has reviewed it with Cardinal Burke and his local diocese.
Lord, we thank You for the example of Micah Joseph Kim, whose short but radiant life reflected your joy and goodness to all those around him. We ask for the grace to grow in childlike faith, hope, love, and purity of heart as Micah did; and that the following intention would be answered through his intercession: (Mention your specific prayer intention) We ask this through Christ Our Lord, Amen.
Our Father., Hail Mary, Glory Be.
Conclude with the St. Michael Prayer (Micah’s favorite)
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen. Micah Joseph Kim, pray for us.
