Every healing God has performed at Lourdes is temporary.

So was every healing in the Gospels. Lazarus walked out of the tomb... and still had to die again.

But that's the point. Each one is a sign, pointing past the body to something greater → the ultimate, eternal healing of Heaven.

Here's what struck me standing there: so many of our wounds, our hurts, our illnesses—He doesn't allow them because we're abandoned. He allows them because a broken place is an open place. A crack where His healing love can finally reach in.

He cares about your heart. Your body. Your hurts. These things matter to Him because YOU matter to Him.

And one day He'll wipe every tear from your eyes.

God sees you. He loves you.
