Matthew 5: 13 - 16

“At that time: Jesus said to his disciples, ‘You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored?” Jesus calls on us to be salt and light in the world. Salt and light act discreetly. You hardly notice they are there but you need both: one without the other would be lacking and unpleasant. Through our discreet witness, we bring light and flavour of the world, always in a positive way.
