The stripping of beauty in our modern world is not only severely regressive, but it’s a sign of a return to an animal state. Our behavior has changed from civilized to savage as we went from flourish in design to pure function. But most importantly, as these aesthetic changes were implemented everywhere in the West, we have become less free, personally and politically.
