The U.S. government shutdown has now entered its 21st day, tying it for the second-longest in American history. A standoff over healthcare subsidies has stalled negotiations, with the Senate once again failing to pass a GOP-led funding bill. As the deadlock continues, economic effects are rippling across the country, raising concerns that the shutdown could extend into November. Senate Democrats have blocked the House funding bill 11 times. Meanwhile, many are urging President Trump to open up farm loans during the shutdown. Capitol Hill Correspondent Erik Rosales reports.
