It's day 30, and after weeks of almost no movement on any issue related to the government shutdown, lawmakers are starting to float ideas around, such as funding individual parts of government. Republicans have not been responding well, demanding that the Democrats open the government. Capitol Hill Correspondent Erik Rosales reports.
