On a rural hillside, a 12-year-old girl foretold that an angel was coming, and moments later a visible Eucharistic host appeared on her tongue before thousands of witnesses.

In the early 1990s, in the village of Aokpe, Nigeria, a young girl named Cristiana reported repeated apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Her messages were unmistakably Catholic: prayer, penance, fasting, devotion to the Rosary, reverence for the Holy Eucharist, prayers for sinners, and concern for the souls in purgatory.

During one apparition, the Virgin Mary identified herself with a title Cristiana could not have invented or understood on her own: Mediatrix of All Graces—a theologically precise Marian title deeply rooted in Catholic tradition.

As crowds gathered and the local Church observed carefully, one extraordinary event was foretold. On August 4, 1994, Cristiana announced that an angel was coming. She knelt in reverence, and a visible Eucharistic host appeared on her tongue—photographed in that exact moment before clergy, pilgrims, and official observers.
