On the 16th day of the federal government shutdown, tensions remain high as Senate Democrats once again vote to keep federal offices closed. Hundreds of thousands of federal workers aren’t getting paid. Concerns are also mounting over the future of health care. More than 4 million Americans could lose their Obamacare subsidies by year’s end, and millions more may see their premiums skyrocket if Congress doesn’t act. One proposed fix from Republican Senator Josh Hawley is to close loopholes in Obamacare that allow taxpayer dollars to fund abortions and transgender surgeries on minors. Meanwhile, Democrats say this shutdown won't end until Republicans work with them on an agreement. Capitol Hill Correspondent Erik Rosales reports.
