Amid ongoing tensions in Lebanon, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has authorized direct talks with Lebanon in hopes of reaching a ceasefire agreement. Israeli operations are targeting Hezbollah militants, but many civilians, including Christians, are caught in the crossfire. The Order of Malta is actively working on the ground to support people impacted and displaced by the campaign. Oumayma Farah, Director of Development and Communications for the Order of Malta in Lebanon, joins to discuss how the Order of Malta is adapting its mobile medical units and community kitchens to reach these populations. She also shares why Lebanon has so far been excluded from the ceasefire and whether she is hopeful this will change.
