Since the start of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian children have been removed from their country with the goal of turning them against their homeland. The organization Save Ukraine enters occupied territories and travels to the frontlines to rescue missing children. We meet young survivors rescued by Save Ukraine, like twin brothers Kyrlo and Danylo, who recount being forced to take Russian passports and coerced into voting at gunpoint. With support from the Order of Malta, rescued children are helped to reintegrate into normal life. The Vatican and its humanitarian channels have helped rescue nearly 300 children from the occupied territories, but people in Ukraine are desperate for more to be done to save their children. EWTN Vatican Correspondent Valentina Di Donato reports.
