There is bipartisan support on Capitol Hill for Israel’s strikes on Iran, but growing concern that the U.S. could be drawn into the Middle East conflict. While many lawmakers approve of how President Trump has handled the crisis, some are nervous the president could draw the U.S. into the conflict by bombing Iran to prevent it from obtaining a nuclear weapon. Despite the tensions, many leaders remain confident the president will make the right decisions.
