The "Cornell 7" case has taken over the internet, and unfortunately, we have to talk about it. Although the media isn’t going to do it, there are a few VERY important distinctions we need to make in the pursuit of truth. I’m not sure what exactly happened that night or what has happened over the past two years, but these accusations must be taken seriously—for the sake of both the accuser and the defendants.

I wanted to break down what New York law says and what happens next. I called in my good friend & attorney Jordan Berman, aka @unbiasedjordan, to help me understand what this means for Jane Doe, the seven men, and Cornell University.
