Today, I’ll be sharing the incredible reversion journey of Michael Knowles back to the Catholic faith. Now, you might be thinking—how does an Italian-American, raised Catholic, end up leaving the Church in the first place? It’s a question that makes his story all the more fascinating. Every person’s path to the Church is unique, shaped by unexpected twists, challenges, and moments of grace. And Michael’s journey? It’s nothing short of remarkable, filled with insights that reveal the extraordinary ways God works in our lives.

But—and here’s the twist—there’s one aspect of his story that I believe deserves a closer look. Toward the end, Michael asks a very thought-provoking question: "If I had continued to attend the Traditional Latin Mass, I wonder if I would have ever strayed from the faith." On the surface, it sounds harmless, but does tying one’s spiritual journey so tightly to a particular form of liturgy really make sense? It feels a bit misleading, doesn’t it? So, in today’s video, I’ll unpack why this perspective might be problematic and risks oversimplifying a complex issue, why it doesn’t quite align with the spirit of Vatican II.
