Joshua Straub, Ph.D. loves being a husband and father. He is also a speaker, author, marriage and leadership coach, and a podcast cohost. He and his wife Christi host the Famous at Home podcast, which has accrued over 6 million downloads.

He and his wife, Christi, also founded and lead The Straub Co. (dba Famous at Home), a coaching organization equipping leaders and corporations in emotional intelligence and healthy family systems. Josh is also a Fellow of the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling.
