President Donald Trump says he wants to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin as soon as they can set it up. Trump is returning from a trip to the Middle East, where he spoke about the war in Ukraine. Russia and Ukraine held their first direct peace talks in years at a venue in Turkey. They did not reach a deal to end the conflict, but they did agree to swap prisoners of war. Before leaving the United Arab Emirates, Trump also spoke about his push to reach a deal with Iran.
